Connect, transfer or disconnect your electric or gas services online, or call the Customer Care Center at 877-UES-4YOU (877-837-4968) during normal business hours. When possible, we recommend that you place your order at least five business days before the date you would like the service request completed.
Use this form if you are a first-time customer to UES or would like to start new service at a new location and keep your existing UES service on.
Use this form if you are moving from one location to another, both of which are within UES' service territory.
Use this form if you want to stop your current UES service and will not start new service at another location within UES' service territory.
