UES e-bill is a convenient, free service that enables you to securely receive, view and pay your UES bill online — saving you time and simplifying your life. What's more, UES e-bill is a comprehensive service that extends your options, such as having a summary of your e-bill sent directly to your e-mail.
Safeguard your UES account information and prevent identity theft by viewing your secured billing statement online. UES provides a secure platform in which to view and pay your bill.
The paperless bill looks like the paper version and interactive links are provided to the UES website so that you receive the same communications as offline customers.

Once enrolled in UES e-bill your bills will be delivered to your designated email address – and you have the added benefit of being able to pay online.
This payment service is provided by a third-party payment processor for UniSource Energy Services. The payment processor will add a nominal convenience fee to the total amount of the payment. You will be given an opportunity to accept or decline the payment after the total amount is calculated.

When paying by mail, please do not submit cash. Submit only a check drawn from a United States (U.S.) bank or a domestic money order.

To avoid a delay in posting your payment:
Cash and debit card payments are accepted at the customer service counter or Money Center in any Walmart, Walmart Supercenter or Walmart Neighborhood Market in the U.S. A nominal fee may be charged by the payment service provider. For store hours, please call the store of your choice or visit walmart.com.
